Please review and accept the Terms of Use for the Transit Fare Assistance Program
1. Eligibility To be eligible for the Transit Fare Assistance Program (TFAP), an organization must: • Be a registered non-profit organization in good standing within the City of Fredericton. • Primarily serve the residents of Fredericton. • Have a clear mission and active board of directors. • Provide inclusive services without discrimination. • Demonstrate a clear need for the program and a plan for ticket usage. • Not duplicate services provided by other government programs.
2. Ticket Usage and Reporting • Organizations agree to use and distribute the received tickets solely for the benefit of eligible clients, as intended by the TFAP. • Tickets are not to be used for personal use by organizational staff or for any purpose other than assisting eligible clients. • Organizations receiving tickets must submit yearly usage reports using the provided TFAP Ticket Reporting Form. • Unused tickets must be returned to Greater Fredericton Social Innovation (GFSI) for reallocation or will be deducted from future allocations.
3. Program Continuation The continuation of the TFAP is subject to annual review and approval. The City of Fredericton and/or GFSI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at its discretion.
4. Program Rules and Conditions City of Fredericton and/or GFSI reserves the right to impose additional terms and conditions as necessary for the effective administration of the TFAP. Organizations must adhere to these rules and conditions to remain eligible for the program.
5. Agreement to Terms By accepting tickets from the TFAP, organizations agree to abide by these terms of use and any additional guidelines or requirements established by the City of Fredericton and/or GFSI.
6. Program Modification The City of Fredericton and/or GFSI reserves the right to modify or amend these terms of use at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participating organizations.
